INGREDIENTS s* -8 Persons:
  • 250 gr of EL DORADO rice fusilli
  • 100 gr of ghee
  • 1 turkey breast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 200 gr of finely chopped artichokes
  • 3 tablespoons of light milk cream
  • 100 gr of asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 200 gr cherry mozzarella cut in quarters
 
Preparation:

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until it is al dente. Remove, drain and cool with cold water. Separate.

Add pepper and salt to the turkey breast and cut it into cubes. In a hot wok add the ghee and sauté the turkey until golden brown. Add the previously cooked pasta, the artichokes, the cream of milk and the asparagus. Sauté for two more minutes. Rectify flavor. Finally add the cilantro and mix well.

Serve in a deep dish, decorate with cherry mozzarella and asparagus flowers.
