Our certifications

To ensure the quality of our products, we rely on certificates guaranteeing the safety of our processes and endorsing the constant monitoring that we, at El Dorado Pasta, run to fulfill the normativities concerning our daily work. Risk assessments, laboratory tests and sanitary permits certify our labor.
- All of our products are certified by chilean laboratories, pondering our pastas with a level of <1 ppm gliadin. Furthermore, italian and colombian labs placed the level in <5 ppm.
- We only use cereals from non-GMO crops. We require our suppliers appropiate certification on the origin of cereals we use as raw material. We do not use genetically modified cereals like competition do.
- We are registered with the National Institute of Food and Drug (Invima) of the Republic of Colombia.
- We observe kashrut laws and are kosher accredited, with license issued by the Jewish Charity Association of Medellin (Colombia).
