WHY IN OUR PASTA DO WE NOT USE GMO CORN?

The majority of the cultivated corn in the world is transgenic (GMO-GMO): a corn to whom has been artificially introduced biological qualities from other species of plants, animals or bacteria in order to acquire unusual characteristics such as resistance to pests or the use of herbicides.

Several scientific studies have documented the risks and potential harmful effects of transgenic crops on human food, environment and peasant economies.
